Building off #45 I updated all dependencies except for metalsmith in place and layouts (this was giving me errors and I plan to resolve this in a separate PR). The minimum Node version is now v18. I also added a
dependabotconfig to automate dependency updates to make it easier to maintain in the future. I also plan to updatebower.jsonin a separate PR.
