Dear Paul,
I updated the package with minor changes so it could be published again on CRAN, I believe. Do you want to accept the PR and send it again to CRAN. If not, is there some reason? Otherwise, I could place me as the maintainer (while keeping the original authors) and I would send to CRAN if it is fine for you.
