This PR adds a new resource link to the Other Tutorials section.

• Resource: WFGY Problem Map
• What it is: An open-source checklist of common failure modes in LLM and RAG systems, focused on debugging retrieval pipelines, hallucinations, and evaluation gaps.
• Why it fits: It complements the existing tutorial collections by giving practitioners a practical map of “what usually goes wrong” when they move from classic ML to production LLM / RAG pipelines.

The goal is to provide readers with a concise starting point when they need to debug or harden real-world LLM-based systems.
